Cranberry Apple Chicken Breast

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
    2 skinny cow cheese wedges, your flavor choice
    1/4 C. Diced apple
    1/4 C. All Natural Dried Cranberries (Great Value)

Directions

Pound chicken out to around 1/4 inch
Spread soft goat cheese over chicken breast
Spread apple and cranberries over the chicken
Roll chicken, cut into 2 pieces and secure with toothpicks
Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until done through (170 degrees)

Serving Size: 1 Chicken Breast
