Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

    1 egg
    3/4 cup Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup Flour
    1/3 cup Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Blueberry's, frozen, thawed

Directions

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in blueberries. Made a well in the center of the bowl and put in the wet ingredients. Fold ingredients together, don't over stir.

Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Any type of fruit can be substituted for the Blueberries.
