Ingredients

    1 c Egg Substitued
    1 Roma Tomato Chopped
    1/2 c chopped Onions
    1/2 c turkey Sausage crumbles ( added 70 Calories)
    1 Slice of Wheat Toast

Directions

On a med Skillet sprayed with PAM cook the sausage until medium brown mean while chop the veggies. Once its ready add your veggies until fully cooked then add your scrambled eggs, cover until cooked. Topped of with shredded light cheese (not calculated) and enjoy!!!
