Introduction

For those of us who just can't live without mashed potatoes! For those of us who just can't live without mashed potatoes!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    700 grams red potatoes (about 7 small)
    1/3 cup low fat sour cream
    1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    1/3 cup 2% milk
    1 tbsp parsley
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Rinse potatoes, cut into chunks (leave skin on)
2. Boil potatoes about 15 mins, until tender
3. Drain water from potatoes
4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with hand mixer until smooth & creamy.
