Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 10 oz. box frozen spinich
    1 15.5 oz can great northern beans
    (rinsed and drained)
    1/2 cp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Thaw spinich and squeeze out excess water. Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add spinich and beans and cook until heated through. Makes 4 1/2 cp. servings.

    I used fresh spinich and it came out very good. EASY and tastes like you are really eating something. I put in a tablespoon of garlic. - 2/13/10
