Introduction

Basic meatballs. Basic meatballs.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Hamburger
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 large egg

Tips

I usually serve these with rice and cream gravy and cover the meatballs with gravy as well. They are also good in spaghetti.

Mix all ingredients together and form into small meatballs and cook over medium heat until browned and done in the middle.
