Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16.5 ounces (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    *Chopped Green Onions, 1.00 cup (remove)
    Almonds, 0.50 cup, slivered (remove)
    Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing. 2 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)

    *NOTE* .... a healthier way to make this would be to use Kraft Reduced Fat Olive Oil Mayo.

Directions

bake the chicken breast depending on weight for about 18 to 20 mins at 375 degrees. let cool then put in food processor and grind it up to a crumbly consistency or texture. while the chicken is baking, cut up the remaining ingredients then after chicken is cooled, toss altogether. fold in the mayo & ranch dressing. add salt & pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings of 1.33 to 1.50 cups per person
