Spinach, Blueberry, Almond milk Smoothie

Introduction

I have this smoothie every morning when I head to work I have this smoothie every morning when I head to work
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1.5 cups almond milk (vanilla or plain)
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    two handfuls spinach (approx 1.5 cups)
    1 banana
    1 serving Jay Robb egg white protein


Tips

Can also freeze the bananas to create a smoother texture


Directions

mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy, can use any fruit, I prefer the blueberries because they don't have the seeds like raspberries or strawberries

Serving Size: can use all as 1 large serving or use as two smaller servings to have with something else for breakfast
