1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
3-4 slices turkey lunch meat
garlic powder (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Chop turkey meat into small pieces.
Whisk eggs and liquid egg whites together.
Add spinach, turkey, cheese, and seasonings, stir until blended.
Pour even amounts into muffin cups and bake for 12-14 minutes or until top just starts to turn golden.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffin cup sized quiches
