Stacy's Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients

    *Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread(1/2 pita), 4 serving
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3 oz
    Italian Seasoning to taste


Directions

Open each pita so that you have 4 pizza crusts. Mix tomato paste with garlic and some italian seasoning to taste. Spread evenly over each pita. Top with remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. YUM!
