    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 medium banana
    1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 Tbsp honey
    some grape nuts or other crunchy cereal

drizzle with honey and sprinkle on cereal

  • I make these on mornings when we're running late for work and still need to get a quick breakfast in. I don't need the honey on mine but I use it on my husband's and we each love our version. For a chocolatey snack, substitute a drizzle of hershey's chocolate syrup for the honey - 6/25/08

  • This is my favorite snack in the whollllle world . I do not use the honey though and you can make it a whole lot less calories if you find the really low cal wraps, use natural peanut butter, and only half a banana. So good and so good for you =] - 3/24/08
