Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    .5 cup chopped celery
    2 cups diced chicken
    .5 cups mayo
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Use store bought roasted chicken - design-bone and dice
Add other ingredients. Mix well and season to taste.
Refrigerate and enjoy served with lettuce or as a sandwich.
