1 bunch of parsley; cut from stem
2 Italian tomatoes; seeded and diced
1 Tbsp. bulgar Wheat
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp - - season slightly with onion salt
Chop sprigs into small pieces .
Seed the tomatoes; then dice,
Add all ingredients together; toss; refrigerate for an hour or until bulgar wheat is softened.
