Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    2 cups AP flour
    1.5 cups WW flour
    1 can (about 1 3/4 cup) canned pumpkin puree
    2 cups brown sugar, packed
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 2/3 cups cinnamon applesauce
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/3 cup shredded coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two loaf pans.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and let cool completely.

Makes 2 loaves (16 slices each)

Serving Size: 32 slices
