Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen Whole Strawberries
    1 Cup Ice Cubes
    1 Cup Ice Water
    1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
    1/4 Cup Splenda
    3 1/2 Ounces (about 1/4 of a 1 pound block) Silken Soft Tofu
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Garnish:
    Strawberries
    Mint Leaves

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to chop everything up. Flip the switch to high and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie among 4 glasses, and garnish each with a strawberry and mint sprig.
