Introduction

Meatloaf is one of my favorites. So I came up with this alternative so I could fit it in to my meal plan. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Meatloaf is one of my favorites. So I came up with this alternative so I could fit it in to my meal plan. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup each of frozen onions and peppers or fresh
    1 tsp. Ground Sage or 2 tsp. fresh chopped
    1/2 tsp. Oregano flakes or 1/4 fresh chopped
    1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes or 2Tsps. of fresh chopped
    2 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
    8 oz Ground Beef 93% or leaner
    8 oz Ground Chicken 50% less or leaner
    1/2 Bag of Fat Free Croutons *crushed into fine* crumbs enough to make about 1/2 cup
    2 Garlic cloves graded or 2 tsp of powered
    1 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    Milk 1%

Directions

Preheat oven 350 Cook 40-60 Min

Add beef and chicken to large bowl gently mix with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients.If the meat mixture seems to dry and milk. Mix until well incorporated but do not over mix. Bake in 350% oven 40- 60 min
