Introduction

I love meat loaf so I tired to make a low fat and cal substitute I love meat loaf so I tired to make a low fat and cal substitute
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup each of frozen onions and peppers
    1 tsp. Ground Sage or 2 tsp. fresh chopped
    1/2 tsp. Oregano flakes or 1/4 fresh chopped
    1 tbsp. Parsley flakes or 2 tbps. of fresh chopped
    16 oz Ground Beef 80% or leaner
    1/2 Bag of Fat Free Croutons crushed into fine crumbs enough to make about 1/2 cup
    2 Garlic cloves graded or tsp of powered
    1 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    Bottled Spring water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven 350

Saute onions peppers in a little spring water about 1/8 of a cup cook for 2 min then add herbs and spices cook for 5 to. Set aside to cool. Add beef to med size bowl add the rest of the ingredients and the cooled off onions and peppers. Add 1/4 cup water mix until well incorporated but do not over mix. If the mix seems dry add water
