Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups frozen mixed berries
    2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
    1.5 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup 2 % milk
    1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Tips

You can delete the juice and add all milk or delete the milk and add all juice according to your preferences. Kids will love this and you can finally get them to eat spinach since it is tasteless in here.

Directions

Place frozen fruit and spinach in blender. Add yogurt, milk, and juice. Blend using your ice crusher or grind setting until spinach and fruit are pulverized, then switch to blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into 16 oz cups or glasses and enjoy.

Serving Size: Make 4 sixteen ounce servings
