Jen's Curried Black Bean Turkey Burgers

Introduction

Black Bean burgers with spices I change up each time I make them! Black Bean burgers with spices I change up each time I make them!
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1.2LB ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 egg, beaten
    0.5c bread crumbs
    0.25c Parmesan cheese
    0.25c 2% milk
    15oz. can black beans, drained
    & rinsed
    1tsp curry powder
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    0.5tsp ground black pepper
    1 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning mix
    1T olive oil


Tips


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT ground turkey and olive oil.
2. Add gr. turkey. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in pan on Med to Med-High heat.
4. Cook burgers in pan until done. :)

Serving Size: makes 11-12 burgers
