Spread one side of each piece of bread with I can't believe it's not butter spread. Place one slice spread side down on panini/sandwich maker. Place five pieces of pepperoni on bread, add cheese, then top with second piece of bread, spread size up. Close panini/sandwich maker until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Approx. 1-2 minutes.
