Spicy Shrimp Scampi

Introduction

Quick and easy recipe. Great over brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Quick and easy recipe. Great over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2# Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
    1 T Oilve Oil
    4-5 oz White Wine (not a sweet dessert wine)
    3 Garlic cloves (minced garlic also works well)
    1 t each Oregano and Parsley
    Pepper and Cayenne to taste

Directions

Peel and devein shrimp
Saute garlic in olive oil
Add white wine
When wine starts to boil add remaining seasonings and let cook for a few minutes
Add shrimp and cook until done



Serving Size: 5 Servings (~5 shrimp per serving)
