Seasoned Scramble

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 cups frozen seasoned blend vegetables
    4 oz turkey burger cooked and chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 medium eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites

Directions

In a large frying pan with 1/2 cup of water cook mushrooms over high heat. After 5 minutes add the meat and vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. Beat the eggs, egg whites and garlic powder with 1/4 cup of water. Add to the pan. Cook until eggs are set.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
