Ingredients

    2 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    8 oz. pork tenderloin
    2 T. low fat margarine

Tips

Serve over 1 cup rice.


Directions

Brown tenderloin in the @ Tsp margarine. Add vegetables and 1 c. water. Cover and let steam until vegetables are tender,( about 15 minutes).
