Seitan Balls

Introduction

Vegetarian option for meatballs Vegetarian option for meatballs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Dry
    1 1/2 c. vital wheat gluten
    1/4 c nutritional yeast
    1T basil
    1/2 T oregano
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Wet
    1 c. water or veg. stock
    6 cloves garlic - grated
    1T vinegar
    2T olive oil
    3 oz. tomato paste
    1T soy sauce

Directions

Preheat to 350

Mix dry & wet ingredients together & form into many little balls. Spray pan, put in balls, cover w/ foil and Bake for 50 minutes.

Serving Size: split into 6 equal servings
