Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 Cups Rice
    1 Cup 1% Milk
    1tsp Cinnamon
    1 Apple (I prefer spartan apples)

Tips

Sugar could be added to sweeten it up, but I like it without any sugar. Raisins or other dried fruit could be added.


Directions

Mix all together the ingredients and simmer on medium heat until most the milk is absorbed. Let cool and enjoy

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 1cup each
