Cream Cheese Cloud

Submitted by: SUPERSILLYGIRL

Introduction

This was originally from Kraft Foods, but I lightened it up a little. This was originally from Kraft Foods, but I lightened it up a little.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

1 can (8 biscuits) refrigerated low fat biscuit dough
2 T. low fat margarine (melted)
1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 T. Cinnamon
    3 tsp. sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take 6 biscuits from the can, and split each biscuit in half. Roll the halves into balls and flatten into rounds that are about 1/4 inch thick. Brush margarine onto each round.

Mix together half of the Splenda, half the cinnamon, and all the cream cheese (there should be 1/8 cup each of Splenda and cinnamon remaining). Mix the reserve Splenda and cinnamon together in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the cinnamon/Splenda mixture over each round. Drop 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each round. Sprinkle more cinnamon/Splenda mixture over the top if there's any left.

Bring the sides of the round to the top and close it into a ball as best as possible (they will probably not stay closed). Put each "cloud" into a sprayed muffin tin. Drizzle remaining margarine over the top of each cloud. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown. Serve warm.

Each cloud is one serving.
