2 4oz Tilapia filet, 1 medium Zucchini sliced thin 1 small Onion sliced 16 oz can diced tomato Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Dill weed, dried, 3 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp 1/4 c Parmesan
spray the bottom of a baking dish. Layer the tilapia fillets sprinkle with lemon juice and 1tbs dill. Layer zucchini and onion and sprinkle with the rest of the dill and garlic.
