8 ounces canned chicken breast (in water)
3 Tablespoons dried cherries
1/2 ounce pecans, chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fat-free miracle whip
dash ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
dash ground allspice
2. Cut dried cherries in half and add to chicken breast.
3. Add 1/2 ounce chopped pecans to bowl.
4. Peel and chop 1 medium apple, add to bowl.
5. Thinly slice 2 green onions and add to bowl.
In a small bowl:
Mix 1/3 cup fat-free miracle whip, dash of ground cinnamon, dash of ground nutmeg and dash of ground allspice. (you can adust spices to your taste.) Throughly mix miracle whip and spices with a spatula.
Add miracle whip mixture to the bowl with the chicken and other ingredients. Mix well. Makes 4 servings. 170 calories and 4 grams fat each serving.
May be served as a sandwich or with low-fat crackers.
