My Chili

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cups dices onions
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 large can tomato juice

    fry beef with onions
    put kidney beans
    diced tomatoes and juice in large kettle start cooking on low.
    if your meat has any drippings drain off from meat and onions and add meat and onions to tomatoes and beans
    I use 1/2 tablespoons of crushed hot peppers or to your taste

Directions

10 1 cup servings
I like my chili the next day better.
I simmer on low for 2 hrs after I mix together to give the aromas a chance ot blend
