Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, 6 tbsp
    Fennel, 1 bulb
    Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 6 cups
    Tomato, grape, 6 oz roasted
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 large
    Cabbage, red, 1/4 medium head
    Tomato Paste,1tblsp
    Garlic, 2 large cloves chopped fine

Tips

Very filling, "real" food, great base for other soups.


Directions

Saute all veg except parsley in olive oil, add broth and tomato paste, then simmer 30-40 minutes, add chopped parsley & serve,

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
