1/2 Cup SPLENDA
1/2 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla
4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk

If you like a extra sweet breakfast bar sprinkle top with extra splenda or cinnamon and splenda. You can also add 1/8 to 1/4 TSP nutmeg and add 1 cup of apple cut in thin slices and chopped or use 1 cup dried cranberries, blueberries or raisins
You can sub 1/2 C of SUGAR for the Splenda or 2/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. of HONEY;
