14 oz of Vegetable Broth
1 Cup of Orzo Pasta
2 Tbs. of Butter or Margarine (or you can use olive oil)
1 Cup Frozen Peas, thawed
1 Cup Bell Peppers (Red, Orange, Yellow)
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Chipotle seasoning
I used red, orange, and yellow peppers when I made this and it was amazing. Of course this recipe can be adjusted to just about anything you want to add or take out. One of the times I made this I added imitation crab meat for a protein source and ate the dish as a meal with one round Pillsbury croissant. It was very filling and satisfying.
