Loaded Banana Pancakes

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups dry mix of Betty Crocker Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
    1&1/2 cups water
    1 banana, chopped
    Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, 1 serving (1/3 cup)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, 1 serving (1/2 cup)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Heat non-stick skiddle (or use a no-calorie vegetable oil spray on a cast iron or "sticky" pan) on low heat completely. Using a laddle, pour mix on hot skiddle. When bubbling in center and appearing cooked on the rim of the pancake, flip. Remove pancake after 1 minute (make sure to check for doneness).
Makes 5 servings of two thick pancakes each.
