Tukey and Bean Chili

Ingredients

    29 oz can of tomato sauce
    12 oz can of tomato paste
    4 15 oz cans of chili ready tomatoes
    2 cups of chopped green and red bell pepper
    1 cup of chopped onion
    1/2 cup of chopped celery
    2 cans of dark red kidney beans
    1 can of light red kidney beans
    1 can of great northen beans
    1 can of garbanzo beans
    1 can of pinto beans
    2 tbl chili powder
    1 tbl chopped garlic
    1 tbl no salt seasoning
    1 tsp chicken soup base
    16 oz lean ground turkey breast

Directions

In a slow cooker combine the cans of tomatoes and tomato products, the peppers, onions, celery, and seasonings. Cover and cook on high 3 hours or on low 6 hours. Fry the turkey, drain, and add to the crock pot. Drain the beans and add them to the crock pot. Stir and recover. Cook another hour on high or two hours. Can be separated and frozen for future use.
