Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 TBSP Light Whipped Butter
2 TBSP No Sugar Added Applesauce
    4 tsp Sugar
    3 Truvia Packets
    2 TBSP Honey
    1 Egg
    1/4 cup water
1 cup of mashed bananas (About 4 small bananas)
1.5 cups cups of whole wheat flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 Dash Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    2 TBSP Skim Milk
    2.5 TBSP Mini Chocolate Chips

Tips

You can stir in chopped nuts instead of (or in addition to) the chocolate chips if you'd like.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350d
Mash bananas in a medium dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Applesauce, Sugar, Honey, Truvia, and Butter.
Add Egg and Water, and then mix in the mashed Bananas.
In separate mixing bowl, whisk together Cinnamon, Flour, Salt, Baking soda and Baking powder.
Combine the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
Add milk and chocolate chips and gently stir until well combined.
Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray and pour batter into pan.
Bake in oven for 45 min or until tooth pick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
(You may need to bake this for up to 60 minutes - all ovens are different, so I just used the time it takes for mine).

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings
