Ingredients


    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 100 grams
    Olive Oil, 1tsp
    Lemon Juice, 10 mL (optional, but it gives a really good flavor)
    Mixed potato condiments, 1 tsp
    Potato - raw, 1 large or 2 small

Tips

Can also be served with quite a large number of dressings, depending on the time you have and preference.
