Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    2 Tbls sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 large egg
    2 Tbls cooking oil
    1 cup milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add 1/2 the milk and the egg and oil then mix until mostly smooth, add the rest of the milk and mix. Use a 1/4 cup and pour onto hot skillet. Wait until you see the top side covered in bubbles, then flip.

Serving Size: using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, makes pancakes
