crab and shrimp macaroni and cheese

Ingredients

    1 lbs elbow macaroni(or whatever pasta you choose)
    5 oz smoked gouda
    4 ounces honey goats milk cheese
    5 ounces medium cheddar cheese
    4 ounces asiago or parmasean cheese
    3.5 tbls butter unsalted
    3 tbsp flour
    3 cups milk
    9 ounces dungeness crab
    6 ounces shrimp
    .5 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. in large pot cook pasta according to instructions. I salt and season water for extra flavor but that is optional. While pasta is cooking, in large bowl grate cheddar Gouda and goat cheese(goat cheese will be easier to grate if put in freezer to harden). in separate bowl grate Asiago cheese and mix with bread crumbs. melt 3 tbsp of butter in a saucepan and mix with the flour whisking for 10 minutes. slowly add the milk and bring up to just under boiling. slowly melt in the cheddar Gouda and goats milk cheeses. take remaining butter and saute crab and shrimp meat. mixed cheese sauce seafood mixture and pasta together and season to your taste. pur mixture in to a baking dish and top with Asiago cheese/ bread crumb mixture and bake in oven until top is browned approx 25-30 minutes.
