Turkey Club soup

Ingredients

    4 slices of Land O' Frost hickory turkey
    2 slices of canadian bacon
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 cup spinach
    1 cube vegetable broth
    2 cups water

    1/2 tsp ginger
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 clove garlic

    1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

chop all of the ingredients
combine in a pot and bring to a boil
then simmer until vegetables are cooked to your liking

top with parmesan after cooking

Serving Size: two 8 oz servings
