2 cup Flour All-Purpose
1 cup Walnuts, ground
36 tsp Granulated Sugar
36 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 cup Dry Coffee Grounds
7 TBS Butter
7 TBS ZTrim Fat Replacement Gel
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol,
2.5 TBS Brandy
48 Whole Coffee Beans for garnish.
Add sugar, Splenda. Slowly add flour, salt, coffee grounds. Then add vanilla and brandy and finally finely ground walnuts.
Roll into 12" log, wrap and refrigerate. (If to soft to form into log, chill and then roll into log.)
Cut into 1.4" slices place on baking sheet. Press a coffee bean into center of each slice.
Bake 350 F for 12-15 minutes until edges just begin to brown.
Serving = 1 cookie
