Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
Muir Glen Organix Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes - 1 28oz can
Del Monte Fesh Cut Sliced Carrots, 1 14.5 oz can
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Pace Picante Sauce - medium, 1 cup
Black Beans, 1 16oz bag of dry beans
- Season with your favorite seasonings. I use fajita seasoning, chili powder, garlic, cajun seasoning and salt and pepper until it tastes to my liking.
- Place on high if cooking for 4-6 hours and low for overnight or all day cooking.
- When done stir in corn and carrots
