IntroductionYorkshire Pudding Batter Yorkshire Pudding Batter
7 precooked sausages
2 cups milk (I use 2%)
2 cups flour
pepper to taste
Lightly beat eggs, add milk & lightly beat in flour & seasonings
Swirl the oil to coat the dish and place the sausages in the pan, pour the batter over the sausage and bake at 375 C.
Bake until golden brown and firm approx 40-45 mins.
You can serve this with gravy but we like it as is.
