Introduction

Morning, Noon, or Night Pick Me Up Morning, Noon, or Night Pick Me Up
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Strawberries or Berry of Choice
    Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
    Fresh Orange Juice
    Tahini or Peanut Butter
    medium banana
    vanilla, honey

    This is a pick-me up and go smoothie.

Directions

Recipe calls for 4 Large Strawberries,however, I use
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup Fresh Orange Juice (Tropicana)
1 Tablespoon Tahini or Peanut Butter
1 medium banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon of Honey (Wildflower or Clover)

Blend in blender until smooth.

Yields: 2, 8 oz. glasses
