1 lb. HEB Ground Chicken Breast; 97% lean
4-6 Melba toast, grated and crumbed
1/4 c. yellow onions, chopped
Season as desired.
I sometimes cut the burger into slices and add it to my salad. I add 2 tbsp. of Toni Scott's Sweet and Spicy Dijon Vinaigrette. (Recipe to follow). It's quite tasty with a little tang.
Brown on a skillet, grill pan or George Forman grill.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 - 100 gram (or 3.5 oz) burgers
