Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    5 cups water
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
    3 oz greek yogurt, plain
    1 granny smith apple, chopped
    1tablespoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup Splenda



Tips

I used plain greek yogurt, but I'm sure vanilla would taste great, however it may alter the nutritional info.


Directions

Boil water and cook oats until water is absorbed. remove from heat.
Add vanilla, greek yogurt, cinnamon, splenda and protein powder, mix well. add chopped apple and fold in.


Serving Size: makes 6- 1 cup servings
