Apples, fresh, 2 medium chopped and cored
Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)
Almonds, .25 cup, slivered
Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp remove
Cornstarch, 1 tsp
Butter, 4 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Large Whole Grain Tortilla - 2
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg, 1/8 tsp
2. Dissolve cornstarch in maple syrup and add to apple mixture, stir until thickened.
3. Roll 1/2 of mixture into each tortilla
4. Brush tops of tortillas with last tsp of butter and sprinkle with sugar.
5. Bake at 400F for 10 min or until golden.
