1/2 cabbage, red (medium)
1 onion, vadalia
3 carrots (large)
6 Tbs or 1/4 c Splenda
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c sesame seed oil
1/4 c lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
1/4 vinegar (white or cider)
1/2 teaspoon fresh Ground or Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions
Cut the cabbage and red onion into very thin slices. Shred carrots. All ingredients can be shredded or put through a food processor
Combine dessing ingredients and stir. Pour over the vegetables and coat well. Cover and let sit at least 1 hour in refrigerator to incorporate flavors.
