Introduction

This Low Cal Snack tis a ton of flavorful ingredients that is so simple to put together. This Low Cal Snack tis a ton of flavorful ingredients that is so simple to put together.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    ~ 1 Serving (1/2 pocket) whole wheat Pita Pocket Bread.
    ~ About 5-6 grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced thinly.
    ~ McCormick Garlic Pepper Seasoning (or any seasoning you prefer).
    ~ I wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, sliced into pieces.
    ~ About 8 pieces of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, sliced into small strips.
    ~ Fat Free cooking spray, any kind will do.

Directions

1) Take 1/2 Pita Pocket and tear open, lay on cookie sheet
2) Spray with Fat Free Cooking Spray
3) Layer with sliced tomatoes (any kind will do, but I like grape tomatoes).
4) Grind Garlic Pepper or any seasoning you prefer over tomatoes.
5) Layer swiss cheese pieces and pepperoni slices over tomatoes.
6) Broil on Low in over for about 5 minutes, or until Pita is browned around edges, cheese is soft, and pepperoni is ever so slightly crisped.
