    Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup(remove)
    *Ace of Diamonds Sliced Water Chestnuts in water-1 cup, .25 cup(remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced(remove)
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Mr. Bean Sprout (Fresh Bean Sprouts), 1.5 cup(remove)
    *Ideal Protein: Leek Soup, 1 serving(remove)
    Water, tap, 6 fl oz(remove)
    Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp(remove)

Directions
