1 cup Whole wheat couscous dry
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 small red onion (cut into strips or diced)
1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
2 Tbs. Sun-dried tomatoes shredded (not in oil)
grape tomatoes 3oz (about 12 tomatoes, halved)
1 zucchini (sliced)
(season veggies with garlic salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning)
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1 1/2 cups of water
Made with cajun seasoned lime tilapia.
